Sound View #07 – Where Worlds Are Born
(July 13, 2026)
Soul Gates, Where Worlds Are Born.
My first monumental sound work
There comes a time when a work demands more space to contain what is seeking to be born. A space older than words, deeper than forms. Vaster than what we believe ourselves to be.
Since the beginning of time, human beings have sought to understand what moves through them, what lies beyond them. They question this visible world while sensing that something essential remains beyond their grasp.
Before speech, there was gesture. Before explanation, there was the mark. Before organised thought, there was rhythm, breath, song, vibration.
My work is born from that memory.
I imagined SOUL GATES as a space where the infinitely vast meets the intimate, where the birth of worlds meets what still remains unexplored within us.
With this 210 × 150 cm work, I wanted to take a new step in my practice: to create my first monumental piece in which painting and music unfold together into a true inner landscape.
SOUL GATES evokes a source from which an infinity of worlds might be born. A gateway to realms that can perhaps only be reached within oneself.
The soundscape extends this journey. It opens up the depths of the material, reveals imperceptible movements, and gradually carries the viewer beyond what the eye can grasp.
In this way, I seek to create the conditions for something to emerge within.
For some doors do not open with a key.
They open when we allow ourselves to pause, to look, to listen… and to let the work resonate within us…

On the Other Side of the Moon, the Sun
Album for an Introspective Journey
The art market and the music industry each have their own codes, expectations, and formats.
For a long time, I tried to meet the demands of both.
Today, I understand that my creations can no longer conform to these frameworks. Nor can the way I communicate about them.
Whether they take the form of a painting, a piece of music, an immersive experience, or, one day, a film, they all arise from the same aspiration:
To create spaces of perception where something can reveal itself within.
On the Other Side of the Moon, the Sun – An Introspective Journey
From lunar gentleness to solar momentum, this album invites you on an inner journey carried by two musical odysseys lasting 18 and 25 minutes.
The voice of Agnès Pedrinis accompanies this journey like a presence, an invisible thread between the music and the listener.
Lie down. Close your eyes. Let the sound open up its own space.
A limited edition on a USB drive is available. It notably includes the immersive binaural audio version, priced at €23, shipping included.
